Occupying a suite of offices in Michael House in the central business district of Harare our employment agency handles recruitment assignments for all categories of personnel both male and female in the following disciplines, secretarial, commercial, artisan, technical (including mining) and middle management staff.

Our extensive computerised database enables us to quickly and efficiently identify suitable Candidates for submission to our Clients for their consideration.

A consultant / Business Development Officer will be happy to visit a Client at any time to discuss their recruitment requirements and to obtain a job description and person profile.

Occupying the Penthouse of Michael House this agency is dividend into two divisions, Management and Executive, with highly trained and experienced Consultants who will interview, analyse, appraise and screen potential candidates, before selecting and submitting details in a confidential report for client perusal.

A consultant will, if you require, visit you at your premises, alternatively, an appointment can be made for you to visit our offices where a completely confidential discussion can take place.

This division specializes in the recruitment of computer and allied personnel at all levels and in all disciplines.

This division provides temporary personnel, male/female, in all categories up to Management level, to its Clients.

Due to the increasing demand for Senior Executives to carry out specific assignments, we introduced an Exec-U-Temp Division.

We have a comprehensive database of senior personnel, in virtually all categories, available on an "as and when required" basis.

A number of our Clients are finding that, as they only require some executive expertise during certain periods, this service is of particular benefit, especially as they are often able to get a fresh approach and new ideas from an Execu-U-Temp.

This division mainly specializes in the recruitment of personnel for overseas positions at all levels and in all disciplines. In addition they undertake salary reviews, personnel evaluations ,career counseling.

Many of our clients have found psychological testing to be of considerable assistance in their selection appraisal.

We have therefore retained an Industrial Psychological Organisation to develop especially for us, a series of personnel selection tests which cover personality characteristics, interests, aptitudes, general occupational abilities, leadership potential, personnel time management, administrative and decision making skills.

It should be noted that his psychological test is internationally recogonised by the appropriate professional societies. Each report will consist of approximately eight pages of a comprehensive evaluation of graphical and written information. These confidential tests take approximately four hours to complete.

We have found that the most beneficial way for assignments to be conducted is for our agency to be appointed on an exclusivity basis. This enables the Client and the Consultant to have and maintain a closer understanding of each other requirements.
